| This is the finished expansion to a large warehouse owned by the Carlson Companies that is occupied by a major office supply company. This is an example of a field assembled, insulated wall system. In order to match the existing facility, Pope Architects specified Metecno-Morin's MR-36 panel in dark bronze, with 3" deep ribs, 12" on-center for the exterior panel. They were attached with horizontal sub-furring to Morin's L-24-5F liner panel with a 24" wide flush face in a standard white color. The cavity created bertween the panels was filled with fiberglass insulation for a complete wall assembly. Because the project required that the walls be enclosed as soon as possible to allow the soil to dry prior to the placing of the concrete slab, the field assembled system was a good solution as the standard gauge and color liner panels can be "quick shipped" and installed prior to the manufacture of the exterior panels and trim.
A picture below shows the inside of the liner with its pea-green wash coat, horizontal furring, batt insulation covered with the exterior panel.

This is but one example of many industrial projects we have furnished and installed panels on. For this project we installed a flush face, concealed fastener, pre insulated wall panel, with fiberglass translucent panels to allow ambient light into the enclosure. A high-rib version of a pre-insulated panel was used on the roof. For some areas of the walls , pressure release fasteners were used, to help minimize damage if there were an explosion in the building. A picture below shows white liner component of the panel on the interior of the structure.
